Friendship Hall Package

Our Friendship Hall Package is perfect for ceremony and reception all in one room. It includes seating for 150 people or 225 people for cocktail party with partial seating.

*For only $1,400 this package includes:
  • Use of Friendship Hall and the Rose Garden
  • Private dressing rooms
  • Child care is provided during ceremony only (2 hours maximum). RSVP must be made 7 days prior to event so that we can hire required number of certified child care providers.
  • Tables & chairs with set up & break down in Friendship Hall only, for reception (linens and decorations not included)

Approximate Hours of use (includes time to decorate):

  • Friendship Hall: 9 hours
  • $125/Hour charged thereafter
  • NOTICE - Neighborhood ordinance requires that all events end at 10 pm.  Friendship Hall rental is for 6 hours total which includes 1 hour to set up, 4 hours for reception and 1 hour to clean up and be out of building by 11 pm.

Live Music during the ceremony is available by our Campus Music Director, for an extra charge. 

Catering is available by our 'on-campus' cafe "Spice Routes" for an extra charge. A security deposit of $200 applies for use of the commercial kitchen by an outside caterer. Kitchen must be left clean and all leftover food must be removed.

Alcohol. If you are serving any alcoholic beverages, you must hire a bartending service which is licensed and bonded. NO EXCEPTIONS. You are welcome to use an outside vendor of your choice, or select one of our partner vendors visit the Outside Services page.
